Federal law provides that attorney fees must be recovered as a percentage of any past due amount awarded to you. You don’t have to worry about the cost involved, since we receive nothing until you receive a check for benefits due to you.

We can’t give you an estimate of other costs until we know more about your specific disabilities. Then we can advise you what kinds of medical tests you may need to support your case, and which ones may not be necessary. You will need to pay the costs of these tests, and the cost of filing your application or other request for consideration of your case.
